Wake Up Call
What a yarn you can spin
I don’t know where to begin
Cursory words spoken
Your dialogue broken
Audience shrinking
It is not wishful thinking
If we object to your prescription
You have a conniption
You manage to appall
And persecute all
How can you manage world affairs?
When you clearly have nothing upstairs
Your being in charge
We wish to discharge
It is coming to a head
All those things that you said
The day of reckoning is close
You will not like your dose

Word Prompts:
Well done, Christine. Unfortunately, I think there is still some life in him yet. No checks and balances. They will protect their man for as long as possible. I’m just a little gloomy today.
We had some good news today though 😊👍
I will check it out. 🙂
We can only hope. Funny how this is where our minds turned with these prompts.
Yes I live in hope! Those words just all rolled together today 😊
So many prompts! Well woven!
Thank you!! 😊
“The day of reckoning is close.” Oh, let’s hope so. The sooner the better.
Absolutely! 😊
