Rules Change
When did you stop caring
Wondering how your actions
and all the distractions
would ultimately affect me
So caught up in your own drama
Impossible to see another’s pain
Blinded by your own disdain
This is not how it should be
Putting my feelings in boxes
As if that’s where they belong
Expecting me to play along
Yet you threw away the key
You have become a caricature
An ugly distorted likeness
Our relationship is now in crisis
Your indulgence being free
You have become such a fool
Creating a tradition
and showing no contrition
There will be no more you and me

That is how some relationships deteriorate! Good use of all prompts. 💞
Yes that’s right. Suddenly someone moves the goal posts and it becomes a different game. Thanks Punam 🙂💕
