In A Daze

In A Daze

Wandering aimlessly
with no destination
Bumping into walls
Looking for affirmation
Seeing stars falling
Appetite lost
Smitten with infatuation
Fingers are crossed

Intimate interaction
with hope of durability
Crossed wires likely
In all probability
One night of passion
Causing one to gulp
Pierced with an arrow
Turning the mind to pulp

Well thanks Dwight. Except it was written about a year before Covid and it was about new love! 🙂 I guess you could be quarantined with someone who makes your heart skip 🥰

Ha ha… Some things are universally applicable!! Hopefully that would be the case with your Covid partner… would keep things from getting too boring.
