Unable to rise above
feelings of despair
Dragging me down
on this road to nowhere
Strength and bravery
failing me once more
eyes blinded
as I crawl on the floor
Help me please
as you are wise
Lift me up
So, I may rise

Nice one!
Thank you so much! 🙂💕
A sincere and desperate plea. The last lines are hopeful…with so many people in this world, you would think there should be enough help for all of us.
One would think so Mish. Well, I believe there are, but sadly many don’t care 😢
A beautiful poem
Thank you dear Sadje 🙂💕
You’re welcome Christine
I like the thoughts to lead one out of despair.
Thank you so much Frank 🙂💕
Thank you! 🙂
Thank you dear Sadje! 🙂💕
Despair captured in words. Time to face the wind. You are stronger than you know.
We have all been there I think Beverly. Thanks for reading 💕🙂
In the despair, a plea for help. Hopefully, someone will hear.
Too true Merril 🙂💕

Lift me up so I can rise!👌
Sometimes all you need is a little help, right? 🙂💕
Yes
A helping hand is always welcome. Nicely done. 🙂💞
Thank you my friend 🙂💕
You are welcome, my dear! 🙂💞
Asking for help so one may rise, is a good one Christine. May both the giver and taker become even stronger.
Thanks Grace 🙂 I agree with your sentiment 💕
