Christine, have you tried herb capsules and herbal teas? Those help and I have a good list of them if you’re interested. Also a biggie I found that helps me sleep is to turn my router and my phone on airplane mode. Staying off electronics a half hour before sleep also helps. Believe me, I’ve become an expert at getting sound sleep. We need our REM desperately!
Thanks Lisa. Yes I’ve tried a lot of things and I usually find I’m over stimulated when I can’t sleep, so agree with you on the electronics. Lately I’ve listened to meditation music and it really helps. Plus of course the Tylenol PM always works 🙂👍

it’s hard to sleep when the mind is in overdrive. If I am really tired though, I sleep instantly when I am in bed, smiles.
