Here I sit
where troubles
Do not follow
In my solitude
tears come
I sob and swallow
The crisp air
regulates
my uneven breathing
Cares float away
Cleansing my soul
Finally releasing
I draw energy
From the mountains
and warmth from the sun
My life feels balanced
I am now ready
A new day has begun

Thank you. I do believe we find answers in nature, if only the therapeutic benefits of being in it and feeling its energy 🙂💕
