One Liner Wednesday

Happy New Year to all of you who read my blog and thank you for your continued support.

It is the first Wednesday of 2020 and time for Linda G. Hill’s One Liner challenge. I hope you enjoy what I have chosen for today and please let me know, is it just me, or does this happen to you too in the grocery line? Do you find it annoying too?

Personal space people. Oh my ankles. It is worse when your own child hits you with the trolley while following you, because you’re not supposed to swear at them πŸ˜†

Yes! I live in the most senior state in the US and they either get you up the rear with their pushing or they hold you up by writing check! Who does that anymore?🀨

We are last store to take cheques and omg I hate that. I now have seniors I need to watch for because they go through line up with 31 items (I did not think there was that much) but pays debit and then the couple who go into express two carts and writes a cheque! Grrrrree

No but I have had to tell them that going forward we would not be able to take them through express. With a smile and oh so polite. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I know I shudder to think lol

Yes, and the older they are, the closer they get! 🀣

      • January 3, 2020 at 9:44 am

        That’s so true.

  6. January 1, 2020 at 9:50 am

Ha! So true. The same applies to traffic stopped at a red light and anyone trying to touch the bumper of the car in front of them.

Lol yes! They are so brave in, on, or behind their vehicles. If you call them on it, maybe not so much! Happy New Year! πŸ™‚πŸ’•

I hate those rude people who go around bashing others with their shopping carts.

I always want to turn around and say “Get away from me old man, unless you are paying for my groceries!” 🀣

Especially when they smack you with their cart.
