Haiku

As the sky darkens
Thunder rolls in the distance
And you can smell rain

        I guess you’re right! In the movie Holes, thunder and rain was welcomed with cheer & dancing after a summer-long drought.

        Yes I lived in Texas once and we had a really bad summer. There was no rain for months, everything was dried and cracked plus we had swarms of big grasshoppers. We were all doing the rain dance that year 🤣
