Don’t Do It!
No matter how strong you are
it is easy to slip into a man’s shadow
A desire to please and pander
May be your ultimate downfall
Some men will relish it and some will resent it
But they will take it anyway
You will be joyful in your nurturing
Undeniably ecstatic in your union
Fussing and caring for your man
Then sure enough, before one can blink an eye
You have disappeared
Sucked into oblivion
Unnoticed, unheard and unknown

Ominous words. But yes, many people lose their identity and fall in the shadow of their partners.
Yes they do! ☺️
Warning words of wisdom.
Thanks for reading Bernadette ☺️💕
I’m happy you are Paula. The shoe is never on the other foot, is it? 😕
I’m done with the whole thing and feel much better on my own!
This has happened to me and I struggle every day to reclaim myself!
I know Crystal. What is wrong with us that we allow that to happen? Sorry yo7 are struggling 😢
A dark scenario!
Yes! Beware 😳
