““Do or do not, there is no try.” You no longer have to live in a prison of your own making,”… sigh.. love this! Sometimes we don’t even realize what we are holding in until we learn to let go. 💝💝

So very true Sanaa. It’s the letting go that us the hardest 🥲
Some great lines! I especially liked the lines, “Step back, step aside Empty the mind of untruths” Sometimes it really is that simple, we just need to get out of the way and empty the mind. Your poem made me think of someone I know who really has this problem. It’s a very relatable poem! 💕
Yes! Those last lines sum up the whole poem and really resonate. Those ‘mind-forged manacles’ of Blake’s again. We make our own prisons sometimes, so hold the key to our happiness and freedom!

Sometimes we are just plain scared to do anything different. Isn’t that the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? 😧
Christine, I almost chose that line and was going to write about DV. I like what you did with it here, especially how you linked the dreaming and waking worlds.

Thank you Lisa. I actually dreamed of two black male lions the other night. It was weird and I think it was a warning of some sort, hence the poem. The line just seemed to fit 😳👍☺️
I have much to read tonight. Lots of inspiration in those movie quotes.
OMG, Christine, I just figured something out about your dream. You know that the dream world loves to use puns. Look at what you dreamed in that light.

Thank you Lisa. I’m just clutching at straws with its meaning. I figured it was an omen and I need to be careful. What do you interpret it as?
two black male lion = to blackmail (lyin) just a guess but that’s how dream messages work. how that fits into your situation is where you have to figure it out!

Oh my gosh, of course. I had forgotten that. That’s absolutely fits! You’re a genius Lisa!
I remember dreaming about Korea once and I couldn’t figure out why. Someone told me it was likely about my career. Right? Amazing! Thank you so much for translating it for me 💕💕
🙂 That one was easy. I don’t know about Korea and career. Maybe! I know when I was in the dream group and we took turns deciphering dreams it was very helpful because many eyes looking at it at the same time. Ultimately it’s up to the dreamer to figure what the “message from home” is.

It is really fascinating. Especially as there aren’t any black lions 🦁
Were there other parts to the dream? The suggested method is to write it all down, circle all nouns, then put each noun on a separate sheet of paper and circle it and put lines out from it so it looks like a sun. Then write down every association you can think of of the noun. Also be the lookout for puns (as I said before.) Have your feelers out for what “pops” and sooner or later you’ll get an “aha!”

Oh my gosh I will have to do that. I’m saving your notes to use. I do seem to have a lot of dreams about bizarre things. Thank you for your help Lisa ☺️

How true. Sometimes it is hard to climb out of it and realize we build our own walls.
