Copper Wind

Copper Wind

Born in patience, ever vigilant
Strength slowly building within 
When the time was as ripe
as the autumn orchard fruits
the lady in waiting found her wings
Flying high on the copper wind
turning only once to look back
as all memories faded into thin air
