Extinction
Here I feel safe
in the tranquil coolness
of the rocks
Unseen
by the outside world
A place where I can
heal, away from the
madness that is you
Ordering me, bullying,
complaining until
my mouth works
silently
Logic suppressed
while you rant,
threaten
and intimidate
When did I become
the scared rabbit
fleeing from the predator
who wants to annihilate?
Who will not be happy
until my extinction
is complete
