One Liner Wednesday – Wine Tasting

Wine Tasting is such a fun thing to do and it is interesting to learn how to pair wines with food. However, I must admit that I struggle trying to describe all those flavors that are supposed to be exploding in my mouth. For instance I honestly never taste chocolate in wine, do you? If I did, I think I would be in big trouble, seeing as I love chocolate. I wonder if some people just make these things up to sound as if they know what they were talking about. Just a thought.
