One Liner Wednesday – Marry me?

I read a news story recently about a woman who married herself. She bought a wedding dress and flowers and even a ring. She wrote her own vows, to herself, and had a ceremony in her back yard. I don’t remember if she had any guests or whether she had a gift registry. Evidently this is a new trend and there are many disillusioned people out there who have tried traditional marriage or partnerships and have decided they are happier going solo. So much so that they are committing to themselves. Funny, right?

    1. Definitely Jim. It’s OK feeling that way, that you are better off on your own sometimes, but to go that far and then let the world know. It’s kind of weird. 🤣
