The Rough End Of The Pineapple

It was hard breaking through your tough exterior
But so worth the effort to reach your succulent and sweet inside

Still flying on your sugar high
I removed your crown
Placing it in rich earth to grow
because I can’t get enough of you

    1. If you cut the topoff a pineapple and leave it for a couple of days and then plant it in some potting soil, it will grow extremely well. It will in time produce little pineapples! I’m not sure where you live De but they grow really well in Florida. They like the sun and the humidity. ☺️ 🍍

    1. They are so easy to grow with the right weather conditions. Just chop the head off and plant it. A bit like carrot tops when you’re a kid 🧒 💕
