Marginalization

Stuck in place
A statue
Solid, unbending
Going nowhere

It is time to move on
Away from here
Break from the margins of life
And spread my wings

Fly free and unrestricted
anywhere as long as
I can keep moving
away from limitations

High above the noise
Endless energy
Spurred on by desire
For freedom

To change the language
I speak and hear
There is more inside me
Than anyone knows
