Social Butterfly

Social Butterfly

Her eyes were shining
on this night of the full moon
Hair tumbling down her back

A social butterfly
Sashaying across the floor
Her eyes were shining

Others would smile
as she approached them
On this night of the full moon

Basking in the attention
Reveling in the mood
Hair tumbling down her back

I have been writing poetry since I was a child and it has helped in the good times and bad times. I am always looking within to find the answers to life's problems and to write thought-provoking poetry and prose. Thanks for checking it out. Christine

  1. Lovely! The combination of prompts worked well and you certainly managed a cascading flow through the stanzas. Thank you for joining in the Saturday Mix 😊
