Feeling Blue

Feeling Blue

Turquoise sea and azure sky
Shades of nature's blue
Navy clouds
as the sun sinks low
and night brings its hue

Cornflowers and peacocks
Kingfishers too
Blueberries and blue corn
Hyacinth macaws
Hydrangeas kissed with dew

Blue moon in the sky
We both see the same view
Across the miles
Blue is my mood
because I cannot see you

    1. Than ks Jane. Blue is my favorite color but the prompt made me think about all things blue that I like 🙂. I have a problem with like button when I use my iPhone

      1. I replied to this and the reply disappeared! Oh well, was just reflecting that I bet blue is most people’s favourite colour because of the importance of the sky to us.
