The road is long and not for the faint-hearted It will bend and twist uphill and down Unforgiving and full of pot holes There is no choice on this journey of life You will stumble and fall and at times you will reach a crossroads where sometimes you will stay in neutral Unsure and unknowing You will take the wrong path without question but you will learn from the mistake and carry on to the next junction With experience you will choose wisely There are no shortcuts on this road called life
I have been writing poetry since I was a child and it has helped in the good times and bad times. I am always looking within to find the answers to life's problems and to write thought-provoking poetry and prose.
Thanks for checking it out.
